We only slaughter pigs that were born and fattened in Austria. Regional quality from Lower Austria, Upper Austria and Burgenland forms the basis for our fresh meat and sausage products. We have a long-standing partnership with our partners in the domestic livestock industry – we see ourselves as a link between farmers and consumers. We take that responsibility every day – consciously and intensively.
We attach great importance to a complete proof of origin of our meat. We use modern technologies for slaughtering and rely on expert control – we live by the highest standards of animal welfare. We also make sure that the goods are stored under the best conditions at our site in Gauderndorf. Within Austria, we deliver the goods to our customers – almost exclusively with our own fleet of vehicles.
