At Dachsberger & Sons, we keep all of our quality promises. Out of genuine conviction. As a true family business. From the first second of meat production until it is sold as cutlets, roasts and sausages, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. What we buy in addition, such as beef, we source only from hand-picked farmers – and always from Austria.
We are increasingly focusing on ecology, climate protection and animal welfare.
And the people? We want to give back to the people who place their trust in us and to our region. By creating secure jobs, currently about 200. By training apprentices by ourselves. And by not just talking about sustainability and climate protection, but also acting accordingly.

Did you know that we generate our own energy? For years now, we have been operating our own biogas plant, where we produce green electricity from renewable raw materials and heat that makes many homes in Eggenburg cozy in winter.
